You’ll also play a key role in supporting the business with an upcoming HR system transformation. What You’ll Be Doing… Strategic HR Consulting: Provide thought partnership, accessing key HR data to provide HR advice to senior leaders across your portfolio. HR Generalist Support: Partner with COE’s to deliver key lifecycle activities, including remuneration reviews, culture & engagement initiatives, seasonal campaigns, and divisional support as required. Project Delivery: Contribute to high-impact people projects—from organisation design work to process improvements—ensuring smooth and successful execution. HR System Readiness: Support preparation for the rollout of a new HRIS by strengthening process foundations, improving data integrity, and helping leaders navigate change. Continuous Improvement: Review and uplift existing people resources, ensuring they are current, accessible, and user-friendly for leaders and team members. What You Bring… HR Expertise: Solid generalist experience gained in a large, complex and fast-paced organisation. Relationship Building: A natural ability to build trust quickly and partner confidently with senior stakeholders across various levels and brands/business units. Agile & Collaborative: Comfortable working independently and dynamically, moving seamlessly to new initiatives and breaking down larger pieces of work to deliver in phases, while contributing to a supportive, connected team environment.
